What this policy covers
This policy applies to https://theranexthealth.com, the corporate website of TheraNext Health Private Limited. It covers the small amount of information we collect when you read these pages or write to us through them.
It does not cover clinical care.If you are a patient of one of our ventures, the handling of your health information is governed by that venture’s own privacy policy. For CareMe Health that policy is published at careme.health/privacy, and it is the document that governs your record — not this page.
What we collect here
- What you send us. If you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, any organisation you name, and the content of your message.
- Basic request data. Our hosting provider processes standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested — to serve the site and keep it available.
- Your theme preference. Stored in your own browser so the site opens the way you left it. It never reaches our servers.
We do not run advertising trackers on this site, and we do not sell or rent what you send us.
Why we hold it
To answer you, to route your enquiry to the right person, and to keep a record of business correspondence. Nothing more. If your message is about a clinical matter we will tell you and direct you to the relevant venture rather than handling it here.
How long we keep it
Correspondence is retained for as long as the business relationship or enquiry reasonably requires, and then deleted. Server logs are held on our provider’s standard retention schedule.
Who else sees it
Our hosting and email providers process this data on our instructions in order to run the site and deliver mail. We may disclose information where the law requires it. We do not share enquiry data with any other party.
Your choices
Write to care@theranexthealth.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Tell us it is a privacy request and we will treat it as one.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
