This site does not provide care

Nothing here is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation, and reading it does not create a clinician-patient relationship. Care is delivered by our ventures, under their own terms.

If you are in crisis or someone is in danger, do not use this website. Contact your local emergency services or a crisis helpline immediately.

Our ventures have their own terms

Booking, payment, cancellation, refunds and the conduct of clinical sessions are governed entirely by the terms of the venture providing them. For CareMe Health those terms are published at careme.health/terms. Where anything on this page conflicts with a venture’s own terms, the venture’s terms govern that service.

Content and accuracy

We publish figures, descriptions and timelines in good faith and keep them current, but this is a corporate website rather than a prospectus. Nothing on it is an offer of securities, a solicitation of investment, or a promise of a particular outcome. Forward-looking statements about ventures we are exploring are exactly that.

Intellectual property

The text, design, marks and code on this site belong to TheraNext Health Private Limited unless stated otherwise. You may read, share and quote from these pages with attribution. You may not copy the site wholesale, or use our name or marks in a way that suggests we endorse something we do not.

We link to sites we do not control, including our ventures’ own properties. We are not responsible for their content or their practices.

Liability

This site is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, TheraNext Health Private Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of it, or from any interruption to it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes arising from them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai.
